Risk Planner

Riskplaner Structure:

Each Iteration will have a Riskplaner describing potential risks and their impact on the project.

These Riskplaners are tables with the following header row:  

Scenario: Explains the risk

Likelihood: Scale 0-5 how likely it is for the Scenario to happen

Impact: Scale measuring how big of an impact the scenario has on the original plan (Project Structure/ estimated Time / etc.) Options: Negligible, Slight, Normal, Severe, Detrimental

Proposed Solution: Explains the actions taken to deal with the Scenario
